Most golf simulator booking software costs between about $150 and $270 a month for a 4 to 6 bay venue in 2026. The totals are closer than the pricing models: some charge a flat fee, some charge per bay, and one charges per booking. Simulation software, the part that runs the courses, is a separate bill. Here's what each vendor charges, checked on its own website.
Prices are taken from each vendor's own pricing page and checked on October 3, 2026. They're shown in the currency each vendor lists and not converted. Golf O'Clock is one of the vendors below; we've listed everyone else's published price as they state it. Prices change, so confirm before you decide.
Booking software prices, vendor by vendor
| Vendor | Pricing model | Listed price | 4 bays a month | 6 bays a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golf O'Clock | Flat, by bay count | $150 CAD for the first 4 bays, $25 per extra bay | $150 CAD | $200 CAD |
| Birdie | Flat | From $197 a month | From $197 | From $197 |
| Alba | Per bay | 29 euros per bay | 116 euros | 174 euros |
| AllBooked | By plan | $99 USD up to 3 spaces, $149 up to 15, $199 unlimited (billed annually) | $149 USD | $149 USD |
| GolfBooking | Per bay, cheaper with more bays | $50 per bay for 1 to 4 bays, $45 for 5 to 9 | $200 | $270 |
| Birrdi | Per reservation | $1.00 each up to 100 a month, down to $0.25 above 1,000 | About $204 | About $204 |
Birrdi's monthly cost depends on volume, so the figures above are worked out, not listed. A typical bay on our platform sells about 1,900 hours a year, and the average booking runs just under two hours, which comes to about 85 bookings per bay a month. Four bays is about 340 bookings at $0.60, and six bays about 510 at $0.40.
Two things that table doesn't show. Golf O'Clock's price is in Canadian dollars, which puts it lower than it looks next to the US-dollar prices. And some vendors don't state a currency on their pricing page, so ask.
Three pricing models, and who each suits
Flat or by bay count. Golf O'Clock, Birdie, Alba and GolfBooking. The bill follows the size of your venue, not how busy it is. It looks the same at 50 bookings a month and 5,000, which is the point: a good month doesn't cost you more.
By plan. AllBooked prices by how many spaces you run. It's a general booking platform rather than a golf-specific one, and the pricing is simple to read.
Per booking. Birrdi charges per reservation with no monthly fee. That's cheap while you're quiet and gets more expensive as you get busier. At 800 reservations a month it comes to $320, more than most flat options here. It suits a venue that expects to stay small.
What the monthly fee doesn't include
- Setup or onboarding. Birrdi lists $500 to $2,000 one-time, and Alba states no setup fees. Ask before you compare monthly prices.
- Card processing. Every platform runs on a payment processor, and that processor charges its own rates. On Golf O'Clock it's Stripe or Square in your own merchant account, with no added fee per booking.
- Door access hardware. Smart locks are bought from the lock maker, not the booking vendor. Check which locks a platform supports before you buy them.
- Simulation software. A separate bill entirely, below.
Simulation software is a separate bill
When people ask what golf simulator software costs, they often mean the software that runs the courses and the ball flight. That's priced by the simulator ecosystem, not the booking vendor.
- GSPro lists $250 a year, priced per PC or installation. Every bay runs its own PC, so four bays means four licenses.
- E6 Connect doesn't publish a commercial price. Commercial venues get a Clubhouse subscription quoted by E6 or their dealer.
- TrackMan and Golfzon software comes with their own hardware and only runs on it, so it's part of the simulator decision rather than a separate one.
Choose the simulation software before the launch monitor, not after. Our commercial simulator guide covers how they fit together.
How to compare them honestly
Work it out on your own numbers: your bay count, a realistic number of bookings, your currency, and the one-time fees. Then ask each vendor the same four questions. Is there a setup or onboarding fee? Is there a contract? Is there a fee per booking? And can I use my own payment processor?
Price is only part of it. What each platform does for that money is in our comparison of golf simulator booking software, and what Golf O'Clock covers is on golf simulator booking software and the pricing page.
