YGB costs less per month; Golf O'Clock has no fee per booking. YGB is a UK system built around driving ranges and golf courses, with an indoor plan and its own point of sale. Golf O'Clock is built only for indoor golf, with deeper pricing rules, door access and simulator locking, payments in your own Stripe or Square account, and no fee per booking. YGB adds a reservation fee of about 50p to each online booking, which your customers usually pay.
We make Golf O'Clock, so read this with that in mind. YGB's pricing comes from its pricing page as indexed in October 2026 and from a published comparison that checked it in August 2026; its pricing page wasn't publicly readable when we checked. Confirm current figures with YGB directly.

What an indoor venue pays each month
Both charge in pounds. Here's the subscription alone, with YGB on monthly billing.
| Simulators | Golf O'Clock (per month) | YGB (per month, monthly billing) |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | £150 | About £88 |
| 6 | £200 | About £132 |
| 8 | £250 | About £176 |
| 10 | £300 | About £220 |
YGB figures are worked out at about £22 per simulator per month, the monthly-billing rate in its published pricing (£88 for 4 and £110 for 5). Paid yearly, YGB has been listed at £75 a month for 4 simulators.
Then there's the booking fee. A typical bay on Golf O'Clock sells about 1,900 hours a year, and the average booking runs just under two hours, which works out to about 85 bookings a bay each month, or about 340 for 4 bays. At 50p each, that's about £170 a month in reservation fees on YGB. If you absorb it, a 4-bay venue pays about £258 a month on YGB against £150 on Golf O'Clock. Venues usually pass it to the customer, which keeps YGB cheaper on your bill and adds 50p to every booking your customers make. Golf O'Clock doesn't charge one. Where Golf O'Clock goes further
Built only for indoor golf. Bays, sessions, memberships with included hours, lessons that book the coach and the bay together, and group bookings are the whole product.
Pricing rules. Peak, off-peak, member, tier, package and promotional rates resolve in order on every booking, and current utilisation can be a condition. See pricing rules.
Unstaffed hours. Customers open the door from their phone, and Screen Marshal unlocks the simulator for their booking and locks it again when it ends. See unmanned venues.
Your own payments, no booking fee. Online payments go into your own Stripe or Square account, and nothing is added per booking.
The AI assistant and API. Staff can describe a membership or a rate and the AI assistant sets it up for approval, and every venue has its own API, webhooks and MCP server.
