Screen Marshal keeps the bay locked until the person who booked it arrives.

A small app on each bay's Windows PC. It keeps the simulator locked between bookings, opens it for the customer who booked, and locks it again when their time is up. Your staff see and control every bay from one screen.

Locked until someone has booked it.

With no booking active, the bay screen stays locked. It opens 15 minutes before the start by default, anywhere from no early access to 24 hours, and locks again when the booking ends. When two bookings run back to back, the screen hands over without locking in between.

Every booking gets its own PIN.

The PIN is calculated from the booking itself, so there is no list to leak and no code passed around between customers. It is 4 digits by default and can go up to 12. Customers type it on the locked screen, or tap unlock on their booking page from the Getting in link in their email and text. No app.

Early arrivals, handled your way.

Choose what happens when someone starts early. Move booking starts the booking now and reprices it. Preserve schedule gives them the bay early and keeps the booking's time and price as they were.

Every bay on one screen.

The Command Center shows one card per bay: what is on screen, the simulator title running and the current booking. Lock or unlock one bay or all of them, launch the simulator software, run your own commands such as shutdown, and send a message to any bay's screen.

  • Lock and unlock, per bay or all at once
  • Launch the simulator titles you set up
  • Custom commands like shutdown or log off
  • Messages to the bay screen

It puts itself right.

A command to a bay that is off expires after five minutes rather than replaying later. On every booking event the system re-reads the live bookings and puts each bay in the state it should be in, so a missed message does not leave a bay wrongly locked.

Unlocking counts as check-in.

When the customer unlocks the bay, the booking is checked in, and it can be tagged automatically so other tools, like your POS, can react to it.
