One reservation holds the time, the simulator and the person, and confirms to both the customer and the pro.
Sell lesson time as a prepaid package that comes off at checkout, and track what is left on the balance. A pricing rule on your member tag prices members' lessons for them.
A recurring lesson repeats on the days you pick, through to the date you set, without rebooking it each week.
Each pro marks when they are bookable from their own page, or follows the venue's hours. They see every lesson booked with them, with the customer's details and notes, and get a notice when one is booked or canceled.
