Locking simulators between bookings with Screen Marshal

Screen Marshal is Golf O'Clock's bay-control app. It keeps each simulator locked when no one has booked it, so every bay is only playable by the customer who booked it. An unlocked simulator with no booking is free golf.

In short: Screen Marshal locks each golf simulator between bookings, unlocks it for the customer who booked, and lets you control every bay remotely. See how it works.

How it works

When there's no booking, the simulator is locked. When a booking starts, the bay opens for that customer, who unlocks it from their phone. When the time is up, it locks again, or hands straight over to the next booking.

Control every bay from anywhere

From the management screen you can see each bay's state and what's running, lock or unlock a bay, launch the simulator software, and send a message to the screen, such as "10 minutes left".

Built for self-serve

Unlocking the bay checks the customer in automatically, and a locked bay shows a QR code so walk-ups can book on the spot.

When to use it

Screen Marshal matters most when a bay can be reached without someone watching it: unstaffed hours, a back room, or a fully unmanned 24/7 venue. Staffed venues use it too, so the desk isn't walking to each bay to start and end sessions.

See everything Screen Marshal does on the feature page.
