Revenue

You decide when the money is collected

At booking, as a deposit, or on arrival. Set it per booking flow, per membership tier, or per time of day.

Payments. Stripe or Square checkout in your own account, with full payment, a deposit or pay on arrival. No fee per booking

Stripe or Square, your own account

You own the merchant relationship and the payouts, and you keep both if you leave. PCI compliant, 3D Secure and fraud protection come with it.

More in Payments

01

No fee on a booking, at any volume

A flat monthly price and your processor's normal rate. Golf O'Clock takes nothing on top, however busy you get.

02

Refunds and cancellation policy, handled

Your notice period applies itself. A refund is one action from the booking, and everything reconciles in one place with CSV export.

03

The bar stays on your POS

Food, drink and merchandise run through Lightspeed K-Series or Square. Bookings push across so the tab and the bay match up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No, at any volume. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on your bay count.

Yours. Stripe or Square runs in your own merchant account, and you pay that provider's rates directly.

Yes. Full payment, a deposit, or pay on arrival, set per booking flow.

Stripe and Square. Other processors are not supported.

Tax is set once per venue, as one or more named rates, such as GST plus QST, applied at checkout. Packages and memberships are taxed when they are bought. When a member then spends minute credits on a booking, those minutes come off before tax, so the same time is not taxed twice. Rates are venue-wide, with no per-product tax categories.

Your cancellation policy handles them automatically, or a manager issues one from the dashboard. Either way it is logged and shows up in reporting.
