Lightspeed POS integration

Golf O'Clock connects to Lightspeed K-Series so bay time and the bar tab end up on one bill: check a customer in and a tab opens in Lightspeed with their booking on it. It's built for venues that serve food and drinks alongside their bays.

In short: Connect Lightspeed K-Series to Golf O'Clock: check a customer in and a tab opens with their bay booking on it, so food, drinks and bay time share one bill.

How it works

When a customer is checked in, a tab opens in Lightspeed on the table that matches their bay, with their booking and name already on it. Staff add food and drinks as usual. When the tab is closed in Lightspeed, the booking is marked as paid in Golf O'Clock.

Setting it up

Connect Lightspeed, choose your location and how bays match your tables, and check that your location is ready to receive orders. A built-in check tells you what to fix.

Why venues use it

Without an integration, staff key bay time into the till by hand and bar tabs get separated from the booking. Opening the tab automatically means one bill per group, fewer missed charges and a faster checkout at the end of the session.
