Recurring weekly bookings for leagues, lessons and regulars
Golf O'Clock lets managers repeat a booking on a weekly schedule, so leagues, weekly lessons and regulars who play the same night are booked once for the whole season instead of one week at a time.

How it works
Create the first booking as usual, the same way you take a phone or walk-in booking, then repeat it: choose the days of the week, how often, and the end date. The whole series is created at once, so the slots are reserved for the season. You can then change the series as a whole, or adjust or cancel a single week.
Good uses
- League nights that take the same bays every week.
- Weekly lessons with the same coach, alongside your lesson scheduling.
- Corporate or regular groups with a standing slot.
Why venues use it
League nights and weekly lessons are your most predictable revenue. Booking the whole season in one go secures the bays, saves staff from re-entering the same booking every week, and stops anyone else taking a regular's slot. Across 200+ venues on Golf O'Clock, the quietest days are Monday through Wednesday, which makes them a natural home for a standing league night.

Common questions
- Do customers get a confirmation for every week?
- No. A repeating series doesn't flood the customer with a message for each week. Other booking confirmations and reminders work as usual.
- What if one week clashes with something else?
- The free weeks are booked and you get a list of the ones that clashed, so you can sort those out and add them afterwards.
- Can I cancel just one week?
- Yes. Change or cancel a single occurrence without touching the rest of the series.
