Moving and editing bookings on the calendar

Golf O'Clock lets staff move a booking to another bay, change its time, length or group size, and see the new price before saving. Plans change: a bay goes down, a group runs late, a customer calls to move their time. Your team rearranges the day without redoing the paperwork.

In short: Move golf simulator bookings between bays, change times and lengths, and let the price and payment adjust on their own, with customers told about what changed.

On the calendar

  • Drag a booking to another bay to move it. It saves on its own.
  • Open a booking to change its date, time, length, number of players or bays, and see the new price before you save.
  • Park a booking off the grid without canceling it when you need to shuffle bays, then put it back in one step.

The same calendar is where staff take phone and walk-in bookings, so every change happens against the same live availability.

Prices and payments follow the change

When a booking moves to a different time or length, its price is recalculated with your current rates. If it goes up, the difference can be charged or left as a balance. If it goes down, the difference is refunded automatically to however the customer paid.

Customers stay informed

When something important changes, such as the time, length or number of bays, the customer gets an update by email or text. Small internal edits, like a staff note, stay quiet.

Common questions

Can customers reschedule themselves?
Customers can cancel within your cancellation policy and rebook, or ask you to move them. Rescheduling is done by staff so your calendar stays under control.
What happens to a booking if a bay breaks?
Drag it to another bay, or park it while you find space, then take the bay out of service. The customer keeps their booking and payment.
Can I add notes a customer won't see?
Yes. Staff notes are only visible to your team.
