Automatic refunds

When a booking is canceled, everything comes back: the card is refunded and hours or credits return to the customer's prepaid balance. When a booking is shortened, only the difference is refunded. Your cancellation policy decides when customers can cancel online.

Refunding by hand

Staff can refund any payment from the order, in full or in part. Cash and card-terminal payments recorded at the desk can be refunded too, so your records always match.

Why venues use it

Fast, automatic refunds keep customers happy and save your team time. Keeping refunds inside Golf O'Clock also keeps your booking records, balances and payment processor in step, so your numbers always add up.
