Seasonal passes and fixed-term memberships
Golf O'Clock lets you sell seasonal passes and fixed-term memberships, such as a winter pass, a summer membership or a student term, that end on their own. Indoor golf is seasonal, so you can sell the winter, or the summer, as one product without anyone having to cancel.

Ways to bill a season
- A set number of payments, such as three monthly payments for a three-month pass.
- Renew until a date, billing monthly until the end of the season.
- One payment for a set length, such as three months from the day they buy.
- One payment until a date, such as everything until March 31.
When the season ends, the pass ends too, with no cancellation needed. Passes sit alongside your regular memberships for indoor golf, so you can offer both.
Timing your sales
Passes start the day they're bought. Open sales when you want the season to begin, and promote them beforehand to build interest.
The seasons are real. In Golf O'Clock booking data from July 2025 to June 2026, venues averaged just under 50% utilization November through April and about 23% May through October. A summer pass is one way to fill those quieter months, alongside the ideas in our off-season management guide.
Why venues use it
A season pass is easy to sell because the commitment is clear. Letting it end on its own means no awkward cancellations at the end of winter, and no members charged after the season they signed up for. If you're deciding between passes and pay-as-you-go, read memberships vs pay-as-you-go.
Common questions
- Can I sell a pass that ends on the same date for everyone?
- Yes. Choose an end date, and everyone's pass ends then, whenever they joined.
- Can members see when their pass ends?
- Yes. Their account shows the end date.
- Can I limit how many passes I sell?
- Yes. Set a number of places and the pass sells out when they're gone. See membership features for everything else you can sell.
