Memberships for indoor golf venues
Golf O'Clock is membership software for indoor golf venues: it handles the billing, the benefits and the member experience. Memberships turn occasional players into regulars and give your venue predictable monthly income.

Build your tiers
Create one membership with several options, such as Silver, Gold and Platinum, or monthly and annual. Each option has its own price, billing schedule and benefits. A member can only hold one tier at a time.
What a membership can include
- Member pricing on every booking.
- Included bay hours each month, with optional rollover. See memberships with included bay hours.
- Early booking access and member-only hours.
- Member-only add-ons and offers, like guest passes.
Billing that runs itself
Choose how a membership is billed: renew until canceled, renew until a date, a set number of payments, or one payment for a fixed period. Renewals charge the saved card automatically, and failed payments are retried with an email to the member.
Limited memberships
Set a number of places for a tier, such as 50 founding memberships. Once they're taken, the tier shows as sold out.
Why recurring revenue matters
Predictable income matters most when bays are quiet. In Golf O'Clock booking data from July 2025 to June 2026, venues averaged just under 50% utilization November through April and about 23% May through October. Deciding whether memberships are right for you? Read memberships vs pay as you go.
Common questions

- Yes. They can see their renewal date, update their card and cancel from their account.
- Can staff sell memberships at the desk?
- Yes, using the member's saved card or recording a cash payment.
- Can I change prices for existing members?
- Yes. A new price applies to existing members from their next renewal.
