Smart door locks for self-serve golf venues

Golf O'Clock connects your smart lock to your bookings, so customers with a confirmed booking open your front door from their phone around their booking time. For after-hours or unstaffed venues, the door has to know who's booked.

In short: Connect Kisi, Avigilon Alta, RemoteLock or Rhombus smart locks to Golf O'Clock so customers with a booking open your door from their phone. See how it works.

How it works

Connect your lock provider and add your doors. When a customer has a confirmed booking, their booking page shows an unlock button for each door they can use, active around their booking time. Every confirmation also includes a "Getting in" link that opens the doors and their bay.

Supported locks

Kisi, Avigilon Alta (Openpath), RemoteLock and Rhombus, plus other locks that offer a secure web connection. Some doors can also use QR entry codes in the confirmation email. If you're still choosing hardware, see our roundup of access control for indoor golf.

Control who gets in

Restrict a door to certain customers, such as a members-only entrance, and test each door from the management screen before opening day.

Why venues use it

Door access tied to bookings is what makes unstaffed hours safe. Only customers with a confirmed booking get in, only around their time, and you never have to share a door code that spreads beyond your customers. It's one piece of running an unmanned 24/7 golf simulator venue.

What if the lock doesn't respond?
