Opening hours, holidays and late nights
In Golf O'Clock, your opening hours decide every time slot customers can book. Set weekly hours, split days, late nights past midnight and holiday closures once, and your booking page, staff calendar and pricing all follow.

Weekly hours
Set opening and closing times for each day of the week. A day can have more than one window, for example 7 AM to noon and 4 PM to 11 PM, if you close in the afternoon. Late nights are supported too: open at 6 PM and close at 2 AM, and the hours run past midnight. Your online booking page only offers times inside those hours.
Holidays and special days
Add a date to override the usual hours: closed on Christmas Day, an early close on New Year's Eve, or extra hours during a tournament. The override applies to that date only, and normal hours return the next day.
Individual bays and coaches
A single bay can keep shorter hours than the rest of the venue, for example while it's being repaired (see managing your bays and simulators). Coaches set their own working hours too, so lessons are only offered when the coach is in.
Why your hours matter
Your hours shape how busy you look as well as when people can book. In Golf O'Clock booking data from July 2025 to June 2026, venues averaged just under 50% utilization November through April and about 23% May through October, measured against each venue's own posted hours. Our off-season guide covers how venues handle the quieter months.
Common questions
- Can the last booking run past closing time?
- No. Bookings are offered so they finish by closing time.
- Do I need to update anything else when hours change?
- No. Available times, the booking page and the staff calendar update straight away.
- Can I close one bay for a day?
- Yes. Give that bay its own hours for the day and the rest of the venue stays open.
