Selling products and packages online
Golf O'Clock includes an online store, so your booking page can also sell everything besides bay time: hour packages, memberships, lesson packs, store credit and extras. Customers check out in one page, and what they buy lands on their account.

What venues sell
- Hour packages and punch passes, such as 10 hours of bay time. See selling punch passes and hour packages.
- Memberships, monthly, annual or seasonal, set up as membership tiers.
- Lesson packs with a coach, covered in golf lessons and lesson packages.
- Store credit for gifts or house accounts.
- Extras like club rental, range balls or drinks packages, which can also be sold with bookings.
Products with options
One product can have several options, each with its own price and what it includes, such as a monthly and an annual membership, or a 5-hour and a 10-hour pack. Customers pick the option that suits them.
What buyers get
A purchase can add hours or credit to the customer's account, mark them as a member, or both, straight after payment. Customers get an email receipt, and everything they bought shows in their account.
Why sell online
Your store stays open when your front desk doesn't. Packages and memberships bring cash in before the hours are used, and customers holding hours have a reason to come back. Selling from the same page people book on keeps it all in one place for them and for you.
Common questions
- Do customers need an account to buy?
- Yes. They sign in with a code or Google at checkout, which takes seconds.
- Can I sell gift cards?
- You can sell store credit that customers spend on bookings. Gift cards with codes are best handled in your point of sale.
- Can I stop selling something without losing customers who bought it?
- Yes. Retire an option and it's no longer sold, while existing members on it keep renewing.
