What tags control

  • Pricing: member rates, student rates, corporate rates, through your pricing rules.
  • Booking access: member-only hours and longer booking windows.
  • Offers: promotions and add-ons only some customers see.
  • Payment rules: no deposit for members.
  • Door access: members-only entry with smart door locks.

How customers get tagged

Staff add tags by hand, or a membership adds its tag automatically when someone joins. When the membership ends, its tag comes off by itself.

Why venues use it

Tags let you set a rule once and have it apply to everyone in a group. Instead of remembering who gets which discount or who can book early, you tag the customer and the booking page, pricing and offers follow. When someone's membership ends, the perks end with it, automatically.
