Customer profiles and history
Golf O'Clock gives every customer one profile with their whole history: bookings, payments, memberships, balances and staff notes. Great service starts with knowing who's in front of you, and the profile puts all of it in one place.

What's on a profile
- Contact details and marketing consent.
- Every booking and payment.
- Memberships, renewal dates and saved cards.
- Prepaid hours, wallets and points.
- Labels like Member or VIP.
- Private staff notes, such as "left-handed clubs".
- Answers to your own questions, such as handicap.
Profiles build themselves
A profile is created the first time someone books, signs in or is added by staff. When a customer you added at the desk signs in later, they pick up their existing profile and history.
Duplicates
If someone ends up with two accounts, they can merge them by confirming both, so their history is in one place.
Why venues use it
When the desk knows a customer's name, membership and preferences, every visit feels personal. Across 200+ venues on Golf O'Clock, a customer's third booking averages under 1.8 people: regulars come back to practice, often alone or with one partner, and those are the people your team should know by name. Having bookings, payments, balances and notes on one profile also means fewer questions to answer and faster fixes when something goes wrong.
Common questions
- Can customers update their own details?
- Yes, from their account.
- Are staff notes visible to customers?
- No. Notes are only visible to your team.
- Can I export my customer list?
- Yes, as a spreadsheet. Moving the other way, you can import customers from your old system.
