Charging each player their own rate
Golf O'Clock can price each player on a group booking at their own rate, instead of charging one price for the bay. A group of four might include two members, a junior and a guest, and every seat gets the right price in a single booking.

How it works
When players are added to a booking, each one is priced on their own. Members pay the member rate, juniors the junior rate, and guests the standard rate. The booking total adds them up, and the receipt can show one line per player so everyone sees their share.
Guests without an account
Not every player has an account. Staff and customers can book a guest as a type, such as Junior, so that seat gets the right price without a profile.
Why venues use it
Group bookings are where pricing gets complicated. Across 200+ venues on Golf O'Clock, a customer's first booking averages over 3 people, so mixed groups show up from the very first visit. Without per-player pricing, staff end up calculating discounts by hand or members miss their rate when they play with friends. Pricing each seat automatically keeps the member perk intact, makes junior and guest rates easy, and shows everyone a fair total. For how this fits with the rest of your rates, see our indoor golf pricing guide.
Common questions
- Do all players need an account?
- No. Players with an account are priced by their membership. Guests are priced at the standard rate unless booked as a type like Junior.
- Can members bring guests at a reduced rate?
- Yes. Set a guest rate, or sell a guest pass that members add to their booking.
- Can the bill be split per player?
- The receipt can show each player's share. Payment is taken from the person who books.
