Getting started with Golf O'Clock

Golf O'Clock runs your whole venue from two places: the booking page your customers use, and the management screen your team uses. Both use the same simple sign-in, with no passwords to remember.

In short: Get started with Golf O'Clock: how you and your staff sign in, find your way around the management screen, and where each part of your venue's setup lives.

Signing in

There are no passwords. Everyone, staff and customers alike, signs in with a one-time code sent by email or text, or with their Google account. Your staff use the same sign-in as customers, and their staff role is what opens the management screen.

Finding your way around

The management screen opens on your bookings calendar, where most days start. From the sidebar you reach:

  • Bookings, customers and orders for the day-to-day running of the venue.
  • Shop, pricing and booking setup for what you sell, what it costs and when it can be booked.
  • Automations for messages and actions that run on their own.
  • Settings and integrations for your venue details, payments, tags, bays and connected tools.
  • Dashboard for revenue, utilization and customer reports.

A built-in AI assistant sits on every page. Staff can ask it questions about the venue or ask it to prepare changes, which wait for approval.

Working from anywhere

The management screen works in any browser, so you can check tomorrow's bookings from your phone. For setup work, a tablet or computer is more comfortable.
