Golf simulator booking for UK venues, in pounds 01 ### Pounds, and VAT on the receipt Each venue has its own currency, so customers see and pay in pounds. Add VAT as a rate and it's charged on every booking, product and membership, as its own line on the receipt with your VAT number printed. If you'd rather enter prices with VAT already in them, leave the rate empty: customers pay the price they see, but receipts won't show a VAT line, so check that with your accountant. 02 ### Your own payment account Online payments go into your own Stripe or Square account, with full payment, a deposit or pay on arrival. For food, drink and retail at the counter, Lightspeed K-Series or Square handle the sale. 03 ### Unstaffed hours without the keyholder Customers open the door from their phone, and Screen Marshal keeps each simulator locked until their booking starts. ## What it costs at your bay count £150 a month covers the first 4 bays, and each extra bay is £25: £200 for 6 bays, £250 for 8, £300 for 10. There's no fee per booking and no contract. Stripe or Square charge their own processing rates to you directly, and Golf O'Clock adds nothing on top.
