Booking and management software for indoor golf venues. It runs online booking, bay and simulator access, memberships and packages, lessons, pricing rules, payments, automations and reporting. It's built in Montreal and runs 200+ active venues across North America, the UK and the EU. ### How much does Golf O'Clock cost? $150 CAD a month covers your first 4 bays, and each extra bay is $25 a month. The Advanced setup, for venues that need custom scripting or deeper automation, starts at $250 CAD a month for 6 bays. There's no contract and no fee per booking. ### Does Golf O'Clock take a cut of each booking? No. There's no per-booking fee at any volume, and Golf O'Clock adds no margin on payments. Bookings are paid into your own Stripe or Square account, at that provider's rates. ### Can I run an unstaffed or 24/7 venue on it? Yes. Customers book and pay online, open the door from their phone, and Screen Marshal keeps the simulator locked until their booking starts and locks it again when it ends. If they want more time, they add it from their phone. Door access works with Kisi, Avigilon Alta, RemoteLock, Rhombus and the O'Clock SmartLock. ### Does it work with my simulator software? Screen Marshal locks and unlocks each bay's Windows PC itself, and staff can launch the simulator titles you set up from one screen. Some simulator systems are more closed than others, so confirm your exact setup during the demo. ### Which payment processors does it work with? Stripe and Square, in the venue's own merchant account. Customers can pay in full, leave a deposit or pay on arrival. For food, drink and retail at the counter, Lightspeed K-Series or Square handle in-person sales. ### Can I move my customers over from my current system? Yes. Customers and active subscriptions import from a CSV export of your old system, and the import sends nothing to your customers. Past bookings and gift card balances don't carry over. ### What doesn't Golf O'Clock do? Three things worth knowing up front. There's no league management module, so leagues run on recurring bay blocks or with dedicated league software. There's no built-in point-of-sale terminal, so in-person sales go through Lightspeed or Square. And the interface, emails and text messages are in English.
