Golf O'Clock's reporting dashboard shows revenue, bookings, bay utilization, busiest hours and top customers at a glance. Knowing which hours are full, which bays earn the most and who your best customers are helps you price and staff better.

## What you can see

- **Revenue** over time, by booking type and product category.
- **Bookings** by month, weekday and hour, with a heat map of your busiest times.
- **Bay utilization**, overall and per bay.
- **Customers**: new and returning players, and your top customers by hours played.
- **Promotions**: how often each was used and how much it gave away.

The full list is on the [analytics and reporting feature page](https://golfoclock.com/features/analytics).

## Exporting

Export customers and orders to a spreadsheet, and set up custom exports for your accountant or your own analysis.

## Why venues use it

Knowing your busiest hours tells you where to set [peak and off-peak prices](https://golfoclock.com/help/peak-and-off-peak-pricing). Knowing your quietest tells you where to run [promotions and discounts](https://golfoclock.com/help/golf-simulator-promotions). Utilization by bay shows whether you need more simulators or better scheduling, and top-customer lists show who to look after.

It also gives you a fair benchmark. In Golf O'Clock booking data from July 2025 to June 2026, median peak-season utilization (November to April) was 41%.
