Golf O'Clock lets you add promo codes to a promotion and share links that apply the code automatically, so customers get the discount without typing anything. Codes are the simplest way to track a campaign or a partner, and easy for customers to use.

## Creating a code

Add one or more codes to a [promotion](https://golfoclock.com/help/golf-simulator-promotions), such as SUMMER20 for a newsletter or one code per corporate partner. Customers enter the code when they book or buy, and the discount appears straight away.

## Links that apply the code

Share a link to your booking page or a product with the code already in it. Customers who click it get the discount without typing anything, which works well in emails, social posts and ads.

## Codes stay private

Customers only get a code from you. The booking page never lists available codes, so a code you give to one partner isn't advertised to everyone. Staff can apply eligible codes for a customer when they [book at the desk](https://golfoclock.com/help/taking-phone-and-walk-in-bookings).

## When to use a code
