## Booking

**Do customers need a password?**
No. They sign in with a one-time code by text or email, or with Google.

**Is there a mobile app?**
No download needed. The booking page is built for phones and works in any browser.

**Can customers reschedule themselves?**
They can cancel within your policy and rebook, or ask your team to move them.

**Can I take recurring bookings for leagues?**
Yes. Use [recurring weekly bookings](https://golfoclock.com/help/recurring-weekly-bookings) to repeat a booking every week for the season.

## Payments

**Which payment processors do you support?**
Stripe and Square.

**Can I take deposits only for busy times?**
Yes. Payment rules can differ by day, time, booking type and customer.

**Can customers pay at the venue?**
Yes. Staff can take card, cash or terminal payments at the desk.

## Memberships and packages

**Can I sell memberships with included hours?**
Yes, with member pricing once the hours are used, and optional rollover.

**Do renewals and failed payments take care of themselves?**
Yes. Cards are charged automatically and failed payments are retried with an email to the member.

**Can I sell punch passes?**
Yes, as hour packages that customers spend when they book.

## Running the venue

**Can I run unstaffed?**
