Pro calendars, prepaid lesson packages and recurring weekly lessons, on the same tee sheet as every bay 1. ### ### A calendar per pro Every coach has a column on the bookings grid, and tabs split the grid by tag, so the bays and the coaches can each be viewed on their own. Each pro also has a page with their own week of lessons. 2. ### ### Packages for students, rates for members ## More in Lessons and Coaches 01 ### The coach and the bay book together One reservation holds the time, the simulator and the person, and confirms to both the customer and the pro. 02 ### Weekly lessons, set once A recurring lesson repeats on the days you pick, through to the date you set, without rebooking it each week. 03 ### Coaches set their own hours Each pro marks when they are bookable from their own page, or follows the venue's hours. They see every lesson booked with them, with the customer's details and notes, and get a notice when one is booked or canceled. It lets customers book a lesson online at a time the coach is free, and pay or use a lesson package at checkout. In Golf O'Clock the lesson also reserves the simulator bay, so the slot is only offered when both the coach and the bay are free. ### Does a lesson book the coach and the bay together? Yes, in one booking, so you cannot end up with a coach and no bay. ### Does each coach get their own schedule? Yes. Each pro can set their own hours or follow the venue's, and has a My Lessons page showing their week, with the customer's contact details and booking notes. ### Can a coach take bookings themselves? Coaches see their lessons and set their own hours from their own page. To create bookings, give them a staff role as well, and they book from the same grid as the front desk. ### How do lesson packages work? A package is prepaid lesson time, for example five 50-minute lessons sold as 250 minutes. Customers buy it, book through the lessons flow and apply the minutes at checkout. Unused minutes stay on their balance. ### Can a lesson repeat every week? Yes. Recurring weekly lessons are supported. ## See the platform built for your operation 30-minute demo.
