## Frequently asked questions

### How does a customer get into the bay?

Access arrives with the booking confirmation and opens from their phone. A PIN and a signed QR code are both available for venues that would rather hand out a code.

### Which locks does this work with?

Kisi, Avigilon, RemoteLock, Rhombus, generic HTTP locks, or the O'Clock SmartLock. Onboarding includes a recommendation for your venue.

### Can I control how early access opens and how long it lasts?

Yes. You set how early before the booking it opens and how long after the end it stays live, and you can set it differently per booking flow or per membership tier.

### Does the simulator turn on too?

Screen Marshal unlocks the bay computer on the same booking and locks it again when the session ends, so the bay is ready rather than just unlocked.

### What if the session runs out while they are still playing?

If you allow extensions, they add time from their phone, pay for it, and the bay unlocks again. They have until 15 minutes after the end to do it, so the moment the screen locks is covered. Nobody has to be called.
